Our most popular product is the Hand-Painted bonbons, which takes four days to each batch to be produced. Different technics and several layers of colored cocoa butter are used to create the unique abstract paintings of each bonbon, which are designed to express their flavors.
We honor each step of the process, and our attention to detail do not permit rush in the process. Chocolate is chemistry and one of the most challenging ingredients in pastries, each step is extremely important to achieve perfect results.
